Spending some time at the local park before it gets too hot. It was already pretty toasty for sliding but any kid in Arizona knows you gotta watch the hot slides. LOL

The rest are some of the first shots with my Nikon D80 as I get acquainted with it the more I love it.

So I haven't posted here in awhile. I finished medical assisting school and working on the job hunt that isn't going so good. It was back in March that I finally got my DSLR I've been drooling over for years. I got a Nikon D80 and really loving. I shoot mostly with my 50mm f/1.8 lens (great lens) and only put the kit on twice so far. :) Hope you enjoyed my last few months of photos there. :)

We met some friends at the Phoenix zoo. I took some photos but not a whole lot of them.

Visit to the splash park

Went to the lake to go to the splash park but it was closed so ended up going to another. The last picture was taken by the lake the others at the other splash park.

Zoe had a great time playing in the water at the splash park. We stayed a good 2 hours.

Its been awhile...

Recent photo of Zoe in her new camo heart dress that she loves. I haven't felt up to taking pictures much lately but getting back into it. Can't wait to get a 35 mm film SLR so I can take a photography class in August. :) I'm so excited.

Fun day at the carnival/fair...

Nothing special picture wise but I took a few snap shots. Zoe had a ball though.

Zoe was having sooo much fun looking at all the wild horse up for adoption. She even got to feed one horse and thought it was the coolest thing. She really would love to ride one and keeps begging to ride a horse for months now. Since she saw a parade with people riding horses she said "now they get off and I can ride the pony".

She did awesome on the rides and loved every second of it.

Been cold on days I have time to get out to take pictures..

So I don't have many new pics.
